Mr. Sami Rafi Siddiqui is working as Director Administration/Personnel, IT at PPIB. He was appointed at the International Resources Group (A USA based international organization which worked as USAID Consultants to the Government of Pakistan, Private Power Cell) in 1991. The Private Power Cell was elevated to Private Power and Infrastructure Board (PPIB) in 1994.  

Mr.Siddiqui is responsible for the Human Resource Management and Information System needs of the organization, and during his career at PPIB, at different instances he has been entrusted responsibilities of Finance and Legal Sections on additional charge.  

He has done Masters in Computer Sciences and MBA. He has also attended Leadership and Management courses at Harvard University, USA and Graduate School, Washington DC, USA besides many other courses from reputable training institutions. On the IT side Mr. Siddiqui has done "Cisco Certified Network Associate" and "Network Security" in addition to other trainings.

Before joining PPIB, Mr. Siddiqui was heading UNIDATA, a project of  UNDP-OPS, responsible for data collection and information dissemination to important UN agencies. He has also earlier served the GOP in the Pakistan Agricultural Research Council and a public sector bank in his initial career.
